• Full-Time Evening Shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Help with meal service and feeding assistance
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Work closely with nurses to coordinate and deliver individualized care
• Follow established care plans with attention and compassion
