The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Mohawk Valley is seeking CNAs for Evening/Night shifts.

Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Shifts: 8-hour (Overtime available)
Pay Rate: $20-$24.25 plus shift differential

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name]. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and assist in daily activities for our residents, supporting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.

  Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and ADLs (activities of daily living).

  
  


• 
  

  Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor food and fluid intake.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor residents, reporting any changes in health or concerns to the nurse.

  
  


• 
  

  Transport residents within the facility as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and healthy environment, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Successful completion of a CNA program.

  
  


• 
  

  Current State Certification as a CNA.

  
  


• 
  

  Good standing with the State Registry.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work as a team player.

  
  


• 
  

  Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health.
