Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN, Behavioral Health
Location: Sandusky, OH
Pay:$32.00 /hr plus $3 shift differential if applicable 
Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)

As a CNA, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team providing long-term care, rehab, memory care, and end-of-life support to those who served. We welcome CNAs and STNAs who bring compassion, respect, and dedication to their work.

What You’ll Do

  • Help residents with movement, meals, and daily care
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Provide basic first aid and CPR when needed
  • Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe
  • Escort residents to appointments and social activities
  • Join in recreational activities and provide companionship
  • Support a calm, caring environment
  • Attend team trainings and meetings

What You’ll Need

  • Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry (or meet equivalent requirements)
  • CPR certification from AHA or ARC
  • Ability to read, write, and do basic math
  • A kind and dependable attitude
