Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and report changes in patient condition

  
  


• 
  

  Support patient mobility and safety

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Active Florida CNA Certification and Registry Status Required

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 6 months of verifiable CNA, Hospice and Palliative care experience

  
  


• 
  

  Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)  BLS/CPR Certification

  
  


• 
  

  Current Physical Examination (within the last year)

  
  


• 
  

  Current PPD or TB Test (within the last year)

  
  


• 
  

  Rubella and Rubeola Titers
