Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking to invest in Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who will provide exceptional care and support to residents in long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living, and rehabilitation centers across the Huntsville and surrounding areas. We want to form lucrative business partnerships with those dedicated employees who stay with us long term. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare staff to deliver daily care, comfort, and safety to patients. You will not find another CNA position with such growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, ambulation)
  

• Record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
  

• Maintain patient dignity and respect while providing care
  

• Assist with mobility and range-of-motion exercises
  

• Support the nursing staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and caring environment
  

• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies at all times

Requirements

• Active Texas CNA license (in good standing)
  

• Current CPR certification (May obtain during onboarding)
  

• 1+ year of CNA experience preferred (new grads welcome)
  

• Strong work ethic, compassion, and teamwork skills
  

• Reliable transportation and punctuality
  

• Willingness to travel to local facilities
