This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in various healthcare settings.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

- Help patients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and changes in condition

- Assist with feeding and hydration of patients as needed

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
