• $300 Sign-On Bonus (First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire; 80 hours required to receive bonus)

About the Role:
NurseCore is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the Santa Barbara area to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the home. We are especially looking for CNAs who are available to work weekends, as those are our most in-demand shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Support clients with special needs

• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

• Communicate with the supervising nurse and care team

Requirements:

• Active California CNA license

• 1 year of CNA experience

• Current CPR certification

• TB test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months)

• Physical exam (within the past 12 months)

• Experience with special needs clients required

• Weekend availability required
