Job Description - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) Visits & Hourly Home Care Pasco & Pinel

Matrix Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in -home care throughout Pasco and Pinellas Counties.

Available assignments may include scheduled home care visits and hourly shifts based on patient needs, caregiver availability, and location.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs
Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Provide companionship and supervision
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
Follow the established plan of care
Document services provided accurately and timely
Report changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate clinical team
Maintain patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality

Requirements

Current Florida CNA license or valid Home Health Aide certificate

Current CPR certification

Recent physical examination or employee health statement

Level 2 background screening eligibility

Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance, when applicable

Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Pasco or Pinellas County

Strong communication and documentation skills

Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
