Monday–Friday Mornings
Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour
Paid Travel Time + Mileage Reimbursement

First Choice Home Health & Hospice is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current active CNA certification


• Availability Monday–Friday beginning at 8:00 AM


• At least 18 years old


• Valid driver's license


• Reliable transportation


• Dependable and punctual


• Strong communication skills


• Comfortable providing personal care in patients' homes

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene


• Help with mobility and other activities of daily living


• Support patient comfort, dignity, safety, and independence


• Observe and report changes in patient condition


• Communicate with nurses, patients, families, and the care team


• Follow individualized plans of care


• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Schedule

Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Monday–Friday mornings

Because this position supports patients with scheduled morning care needs, consistent weekday morning availability is essential.

Work Setting

Patient homes and residential care settings within the assigned service area.
