Telemetry Certified Nursing Assistant (TEL CNA) Requirements:
 • Must have 1 year of recent TEL Certified Nursing Assistant experience in the last 18 months
 • Active Certified Nursing Assistant License or Certification required
 • Current BLS Certification required
