ABOUT THE ROLE

The CNA provides assistance to the professional staff. Daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients as directed by the Registered nurse case manager (RNCM). The CNA role will be to maintain patient comfort and safety.

* This schedule will be Monday- Friday 9-5*

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• High-school diploma or GED

• Certified Nursing Assistant with current certification in the state of residence.

• 1-2 years of experience in home care setting

• Current CPR certification

• Must have dependable transportation
