dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the Med -Surg unit. If you

Position Overview

Schedule: Full -Time | Day and Night Shifts
Available | PRN

As a CNA on the Med -Surg unit, you will play a vital
role in supporting nurses and caring for patients with a wide range of acute
and chronic medical conditions. Your work directly contributes to patient
comfort, safety, recovery, and the overall success of the care team in a
dynamic hospital setting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities of
  daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  
• Monitor and accurately record vital
  signs, intake/output, and other patient information
  
• Support admissions, discharges, and
  patient transfers throughout the unit
  
• Assist with ambulation,
  repositioning, and fall prevention measures
  
• Provide post -operative care support
  by monitoring patient comfort and reporting concerns
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe
  patient rooms and clinical areas
  
• Respond promptly and
  compassionately to call lights and patient needs
  
• Observe and report changes in
  patient condition to the RN or care team
  
• Assist with specimen collection and
  transport following protocol
  
• Follow infection control, safety,
  and hospital policies at all times
  
• Deliver exceptional,
  patient -centered care in a fast -paced Med -Surg environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  certification required (or equivalent experience)
  
• Previous experience in a hospital
  or Med -Surg setting preferred
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
  certification preferred
  
• Strong communication and teamwork
  skills
  
• Ability to adapt in a fast -paced,
  high -acuity environment

  unit requiring flexibility and teamwork
