Global Pacific Support is partnering with our client, a respected Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF), to recruit a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will deliver direct care and assistance to residents, supporting their daily living needs and ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort. The CNA will work as part of a care team to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and proper nutrition.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to supervising staff.
• Support medication administration and documentation in accordance with CBRF training and state requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
• Participate in social and recreational activities with residents to promote engagement and well-being.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.
• Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey or New York.
• Demonstrated experience assisting with wound care (dressing changes, monitoring, documentation) in a healthcare setting.
• Completion of state-required CBRF training modules (medication administration, fire safety, first aid/CPR, etc.) or willingness to complete within required timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a CBRF, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Successful completion of background check and health screening.
