Minimum Requirements:

  Current CNA Certification

  Valid CPR/BLS Certification

  Level II Background Check clearance

  Negative TB Test within the past 6 months

  Physical exam within the past year (including a statement confirming you are free of communicable diseases)

  Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
