Job Requirements:

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.


• Certification: Must be certified in the State of California as a CNA.


• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Insured Vehicle: Due to the nature of in-home care, a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle are required.


• Fluency in English: Both written and oral fluency in English is required to ensure clear and effective communication with our clients.

Job Dites:

1. Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): This includes helping with toileting, bathing, and dressing.
   


2. Ambulation Support: Assisting patients with mobility using transfer belts. 


3. Basic Catheter Care: Ensuring proper catheter hygiene.


4. Monitoring Vital Signs: Checking blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs.


5. Transferring Patients: Safely moving patients from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.


6. Assisting with Eating and Drinking: Helping patients with meal preparation and encouraging hydration.


7. Transporting Seniors to Appointments: Driving and accompanying patients to medical appointments, errand and outings when needed.


8. Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.


9. Grocery Shopping: Helping patients create shopping lists and accompanying them to buy groceries.
