FT/PT All Shifts - Must Work Every Other Weekend - $19.50 ph +  Sign on Bonus!

STARTING WAGE of $19.50 per hour

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois

• High school diploma or G.E.D

• CPR Certified

• Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job

• Must be able to read, write and speak English
