What You'll Do: 

• Travel daily to assigned MN service areas to visit clients in their private homes
• Carry out occupational therapy plans targeting daily living skills, cognitive function, and safety under OT supervision
• Deliver restorative and maintenance therapies compliant with Minnesota regulations to support ongoing client progress
• Record detailed visit notes and communicate updates or necessary changes in treatment plans to the supervising OT
• Assist with home modifications and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment to enhance independence and safety

What You'll Need: 

• Active MN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance
• Home care or geriatric experience is preferred
