Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) *** $2500.00 Sign On Bonus***

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our weekday therapy team full-time. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to help patients regain their functional independence and improve quality of life.

Location: Advanced Health Care of Summerlin – Las Vegas, NV 

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays | 8-Hour Shifts | Daytime Hours 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out personalized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Motivate and encourage patients through each stage of recovery
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain safety and compliance with therapy standards and regulations

• Current COTA certification
• Active Nevada state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• PositivE attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
