Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for WelbeHealth PACE in Modesto, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an interdisciplinary PACE team dedicated to helping older adults remain independent while living safely in their homes.
• Deliver restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide care in both the PACE center and participant homes with a focus on maximizing independence, safety, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Enjoy meaningful, long-term patient relationships instead of short-term rehabilitation episodes.
• Benefit from lower patient volumes and no after-hours documentation responsibilities.

COMPENSATION
• $74,880-$99,840 Annual Salary
• Comprehensive Benefits Package

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Combination of PACE Center and Community Visits

• Associate's Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an Accredited Program REQUIRED
• Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License REQUIRED
• Minimum Two Years of Clinical OTA Experience with a Frail or Geriatric Population REQUIRED
• Experience in Outpatient, Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing Preferred
• Strong Understanding of Occupational Therapy Interventions for Older Adults REQUIRED
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills REQUIRED
• Pediatric-Only Experience Will Not Be Considered
