We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Illinois. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, with a strong focus on Certified Payroll.

• Ensure wages/benefits align with Prevailing Wage and contract requirements.

• Support onboarding/offboarding and diversity tracking.

• Help maintain Apprenticeship Program compliance.

• Process accurate weekly payroll for U.S. employees.

• Track time and calculate wages for Prevailing Wage employees.

• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports (LCPTracker, eComply).

• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with HR and Finance, assist in audits, and manage 401K/vacation pay tracking.

Process accurate weekly payroll for U.S. employees.

Track time and calculate wages for Prevailing Wage employees.

Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports (LCPTracker, eComply).

Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain accurate records.
