What You Will Do to Change Livesâ¯
In this entry level management position and under direct supervision of the Clinical Director or Administrator, the Peer Recovery Team Lead supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. The Peer Recovery Team Lead completes assessments and determines the appropriate level of services for new members served.
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Monday - Friday
Compensation: Expected starting wage range is $70,304.00 - $73,079.74.
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)â¯
Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification through CalMHSA must be obtained prior to hire date and maintained throughout employment.
Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.â¯â¯

San Diego JIMH ACT is a Justice Involved ACT/FSP in San Diego. This Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Full Service Partnership (FSP) Team with Supported Housing and a Strength-Based Case Management (SBCM) component will serve 110 adults, ages 18 and over.
