Job Description - Certified Planner / Estate Attorney

At Outcome Private Wealth, we take a different approach to financial planning. Instead of identifying our clients’ highest possible risk tolerance and building a plan from that point, we start with the outcomes they’re looking for: reliable monthly income, vacation home, college tuition, selling a business, etc. Then we look at the potential return needed to get them there. This outcome-focused strategy can allow our clients to enjoy what they have right now while feeling confident in their future.

Why Join Outcome Private Wealth?

We take a team approach to providing a combination of big picture thinking, number-crunching detail, innovative problem-solving, clear communication, and thoughtful stewardship.  We have a culture built on expertise, commitment to client service, and care and compassion for our team members and clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Financial Planner (CFP) / Tax & Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, tax strategies, and estate planning, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive, strategic, and legally sound financial advice. This role is critical in guiding clients through complex financial decisions while integrating wealth preservation, estate planning, and tax optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals.

·       Provide expert guidance on retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning.

·       Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present personalized recommendations.

·       Collaborate with clients’ accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to optimize financial strategies.

·       Stay updated on tax laws, estate planning regulations, and financial planning best practices.

·       Assist clients with trust and estate structuring to ensure wealth transfer efficiency.

·       Educate clients on risk management, including insurance and asset protection strategies.

·       Maintain compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards.
