Perform advanced diagnostic routines, complex mechanical repairs, and intricate electrical fault tracing across the complete Porsche lineup (heritage to modern high-voltage platforms).
Maintain meticulous attention to detail, upholding Porsche factory standards on every repair order.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor for Silver, Bronze, and Apprentice technicians in the shop.
Collaborate directly with Service Advisors and Shop Management to ensure transparent customer communication and optimal shop flow.
Current Porsche Gold Level Certification (Active or recently active factory credential).
Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Porsche dealership or elite specialist shop experience.
High proficiency with Porsche PIWIS software, modern network architecture, and complex powertrain assembly.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong commitment to shop cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
