Incorporated in 1994, Specialized Orthopaedic Services, Inc.  (SOSortho) has been servicing patients in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC with quality orthopedic products for over 20 years. We service patients of all ages, some of them professional athletes, active duty military, pediatric and geriatric. We are Accredited through the American Board for Certification. Our comprehensive list of national and local insurance contracts allows patients to receive in-network coverage . Our scope of expertise extends far beyond product distribution, we are patient care providers that strive for positive patient outcomes. SOSortho offers a wide variety of services including custom O&P performed by Certified practitioners, stock and bill, Clinical Programs, product distribution as well as orthopedic rehabilitation equipment.  The clinical staff includes Certified Orthotists, Prosthetists, Orthotic Fitters and Athletic Trainers.  Our administrative staff includes insurance specialists, reception, accounting, billing and collections.
