If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on individuals and families, Providence House is looking for a Certified Recovery Coach to join our team. You’ll walk alongside clients on their recovery journeys, help them set and achieve personal goals, and provide the tools and support they need to build brighter futures.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA “A Day in the Life”):

• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients so they feel supported and empowered


• Guiding clients through intake interviews and creating personalized treatment goals


• Developing individualized recovery plans focused on lasting success


• Providing weekly one-on-one recovery coaching to current clients, focused on relapse prevention, resource access, and overall recovery needs


• Offering after-care coaching for clients completing the residential program, helping them transition successfully and stay connected to critical support


• Collaborating with the Providence House team to coordinate care and share insights


• Documenting sessions in Therapy Notes (by the following Monday) - keeping everything up-to-date and compliant


• Meeting twice per month with the Executive Director for supervision and ongoing support

What You Bring to the Toolbox:

• A Recovery Coaching Certification (required)


• At least 21 years of age


• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• The ability to complete and maintain all DCS-required trainings and background checks


• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills


• The ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
