Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Recovery Specialist to join our team. The Certified Recovery Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing support, guidance, and resources to individuals undergoing treatment for substance abuse disorders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of addiction recovery principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others overcome their addiction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients throughout their treatment journey.
- Facilitate group sessions and education on topics related to addiction recovery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
- Assist clients in accessing community resources, including support groups, housing assistance, and vocational training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of addiction recovery or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals in recovery.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Knowledge of community resources and referral networks for individuals seeking addiction treatment and support.

The Davis Archway Treatment Center is a newly constructed substance abuse treatment facility. Our facility is located in Emlenton, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Our remote location provides clients a private, serene, therapeutic environment to help them start on road of recovery.
To accommodate our clients, we provide comfortable and spacious residential style living areas and bedrooms. We offer several amenities to make their stay more comfortable.
