Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Minneapolis VA Health Care System, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and provide anesthetic care across various clinical settings.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement anesthesia care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with VA policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current, full, and unrestricted state license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from a recognized certifying body.
• Possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
• Technically proficient in anesthesia care with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
