Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: M-F 40 hours/week

Job Summary: Responsible for administration of anesthesia and related services as delineated by clinical and nonclinical responsibilities as described. Manages patient care for pre-anesthesia, administration of anesthesia medications, airway management, procedural sedation, post-op management. Works closely with the surgery staff and consults with staff and physicians to ensure patient needs are met.

Regulatory Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Current Advance Practice Licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification or Basic EKG or Arrhythmia-identification certification.
• At least 2 years of nursing management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in surgical nursing.
