    • Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
    • Arterial Line placement
  • Preferred:
    • Pediatric
    • Neonatal
    • Spinal Anesthesia
    • Epidural Anesthesia
    • Regional Anesthesia Surgery
    • Open Heart Anesthesia
    • Post -op epidural
    • Post -op extremity blocks
    • Epidural steroid for Lumbar
    • Epidural steroid for Cervical
    • Transforaminal (Lumbar, Cervical)
    • Use of x -ray guidance in performance of blocks
    • Central Line placement
    • PA Catheter placement
    • CRNA supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Certified (BC required)
  • Licenses: MN License or Universal License (IMLC)
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Experience: Pediatric training preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administer general anesthesia and sedation for a variety of surgical cases
  • Provide anesthesia care in a Level II trauma center with 15 operating rooms and 4 endo suites
  • Cover adult and pediatric cases including obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic procedures
  • Deliver pediatric anesthesia for ENT and other outpatient specialty areas in ambulatory surgery settings
  • Collaborate with the supervising anesthesiologist in a supervised care model
