Certified Retail Outlet (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand new private garage tie-ups to enhance market reach.


• Educate retailers and mechanics on product benefits, reliability, and value propositions.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and private garages.


• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends, and share insights with management.


• Address concerns of retailers and private garages and provide timely support for smooth operations.


• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and service quality.


• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and field engagement initiatives to drive product visibility and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or automotive/retail network development.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
