Work Shift
Day (United States of America)Position Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. If candidate does not have HS diploma or GED, 5 years of work experience in sterile processing can be used in lieu of education.
Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Surgical Instrumentation, Decontamination, and Sterilization.
Certification(s) required: CSPDT through CBSPD or CRCST through HSPA upon hire. Certified Instrumentation Specialist required within 2 years of hire.
Preferred Requirements: Vocational or technical training or degree: Sterile Processing Training. 2 years or more of experience in sterile processing. Certified Instrumentation Specialist preferred.
