Job Description - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Job Title: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Job Location: Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), Arizona.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs.
Monitor and adjust training plans for optimal performance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers for injury prevention.
Maintain a safe and organized training environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with athletes.
