Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) - Full Time

Description

Athens Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assist providing professional and quality patient care in a cohesive team environment in the western corridor offices.

This position will be full time with both operating room and clinic coverage. i

OR Skills required:

1. Ability to suture

2. OR room turnover

3. Patient positioning

4. OR instrumentation

5. insurance knowledge

6. Surgery coding knowledge

Education/Experience: The successful candidate will possess the following education and experience:

1. Graduate of a Surgical First Assist program

2. Current certification as Surgical Tech/First Assist.

3. Current BLS certification required.

4. One (1) year experience preferred.

5. Must be an energetic, flexible, multi-tasking team member
