Crossroads Chevrolet in Mount Hope, WV is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with OEM or dealership experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Chevrolet and GM standards

  Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

  Complete warranty and customer pay repairs efficiently and correctly

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clear and accurate repair documentation

  Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies

  Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs

  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  GM or ASE Certification required (GM certification strongly preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
