Job Summary:

Seeking a Certified Wound Care Nurse to join their team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate is a specialist in treating patients with ostomies, draining wounds, pressure ulcers, and chronic wounds. The role includes direct patient care, evaluation, and education, including recommending wound supplies and equipment for optimal care.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory Wound Care Certification (WOCN, WCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years wound care experience
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
• BLS American Heart Association
• ACLS preferred, but not required

Additional Notes:

• Candidates must be comfortable floating to other departments for task-oriented support (as qualified)
• Orientation held on Mondays only compliance must be completed beforehand
• No weekend or holiday coverage required
