Community of Hope is seeking a Cervical Cancer Prevention Navigator to support clinical processes that promote the early detection and prevention of cervical cancer. This role ensures timely cervical cancer screening by reminding providers to order appropriate tests and obtaining records from external providers to verify that patients are up to date with recommended screenings. The Navigator also provides patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support for individuals with abnormal screening results or a cervical cancer diagnosis.
