Your mission
As Chief Financial Officer at Daos Hub, your mission is to ensure the financial sustainability and scalability of our organization by designing and executing a forward-thinking financial strategy aligned with our growth roadmap. You will develop and oversee the legal and operational structures necessary for international expansion, digital asset operations, and scalable financial systems. Your leadership will directly impact our agility and resilience as we evolve into a global Web3 powerhouse.
Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap
- Audit and optimize existing financial structures, reporting, and systems across all operational jurisdictions.
- Develop and initiate a tailored legal structure supporting current operations and future tokenized initiatives.
- Establish an FP&A function from scratch, covering budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across multiple revenue streams.
- Streamline internal operations through automation, with updated financial policies and documentation.
- Launch compliance and risk management protocols, especially for crypto transactions, digital services, and event-based revenue.
How You'll Contribute
- Lead and manage financial operations across UAE and international entities, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and reporting.
- Build and oversee FP&A functions: forecasting, pricing strategies, performance tracking, and financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance through audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions in various jurisdictions.
- Drive financial innovation and scalability through system implementation, automation, and strategic planning.
- Produce investor-ready materials—updates, dashboards, and scenario planning models.
- Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, legal/tax advisors, and government bodies.
- Collaborate with leadership to validate new ventures, optimize cost structures, and explore growth opportunities.
- Oversee finance team performance and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Supervise asset management, inventory processes, and office lease/license renewals.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with 3+ years in executive roles (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
- Proven track record in startups, high-growth tech or Web3/blockchain environments; experience with tokenized assets is a plus.
- Expertise in cross-border operations and crypto-friendly jurisdictions, with knowledge of UAE financial regulations.
- Strong ability to implement financial systems, reporting frameworks, and internal controls.
- Experience leading international remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA, ACCA, CPA, or other global finance certification.
- Education for blockchain/crypto finance and future-forward financial systems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
