Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Entering complex or ambiguous finance environments to assess challenges across people, processes, data, and systems
  
  


• 
  
  Provide strategic financial leadership to clients, including providing interim services such as Head of Finance or Controller for organizations without dedicated finance leadership
  
  


• Identifying root‑cause issues and translating them into clear, pragmatic, and executable solutions


• Leading and delivering engagements across key Office of the CFO service areas, including:




• Transaction readiness and execution support (buy‑side and sell‑side)


• Finance advisory and transformation, including financial operations, process redesign, standardization, and optimization


• 
  
  Management, external, and board‑level reporting improvements
  
  




• Supporting CFOs with board and audit committee communications, including financial reporting readiness, audit support, and executive‑level insights


• Serving as the day‑to‑day engagement lead, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations


• 
  
  Working side‑by‑side with client teams to ensure solutions designed, implemented and sustained
  
  


• Coaching and developing consultants and senior associates


• Building strong, trust‑based relationships with CFOs, Controllers, board members, and executive stakeholders


• 
  
  Contributing to practice growth through client expansion, solution development, and thought leadership
  
  

Education & Experience: 

• 
  
  6+ years of experience in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, FP&A leadership, Finance Transformation, or Public Accounting
  
  


• 
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
  
  


• 
  
  CPA or Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance) required
  
  


• 
  
  Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting from previous consulting or industry experience required
  
  


• 
  
  Experience supporting CFO‑level initiatives such as finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness desired
  
  


• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams


• 
  
  Experience developing and mentoring junior team members
