CFO Fractional, Finance Manager – Special Project Advisor

The Finance Manager – Special Project Advisor will provide high-level project-related support to the PERSOWN, Inc. Executive Team.  This is a Part-Time position, working remotely in Central & Northeast Florida.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• May recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the department.
  


• Provides high-level finance and accounting project support and assistance to the CFO/COO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  


• Performs research, analysis and implementation of financial and accounting projects, including:
  

• Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) research and analysis,
  


• Going Public research and analysis,
  


• Structuring capital raises,
  


• Financial analysis projects
  


• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  


• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  


• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  


• Extensive knowledge of accounting, finance, capital raises, public company transactions, auditing, cash management
  


• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  


• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
  


• Public company experience
  


• Previous CFO experience preferred
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  


• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
