Chair Side General Dentist + Dental Director - Crescent City, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  


• Active California Dental License
  


• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
  


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  


• Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
  


• Credentialed with Medi-Cal or eligible for credentialing
  


• Passion for serving under served and rural communities
  

Position Overview

• Director will be required to work chair side with administrative duties allowed within the directors chair side schedule to manage their additional duties
  


• Schedule: rotating 12 hours shifts. This unique rotation provides dentists with 7 days off between their rotations.  
  


• Providing direct patient care, including hygiene services in the initial phase
  


• Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists
  


• Conducting quarterly chart audits to ensure quality and compliance
  


• Collaborating with clinic leadership to shape and expand dental services
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $225,000 per year
  


• Incentive bonus based on patient volume
  


• Stipend paid per dentist the director oversees
  


• Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000
