If you are an experienced OCM Communications professional we should talk ASAP! We are seeking a Change Management Consultant - Change Communications Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for the change communication initiatives of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize change communications for the organization
- Coordinate all communications activities and events such as print, informational videos web content
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new business contacts
- Develop and implement media relations programs
- Work with other departments to help promote brand recognition
- Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in communications / public relations or other related fields.
- Note this is not a supervisory role, this is a contributing strategizer/implementer
- OCM messaging actively putting together plans and implementing
- Prosci certification a plus
- Bachelors or higher in Communications, Business, public relations or related degree
- Familiarity with social media and strategic communications and marketing strategies and utilizing dashboards
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English grammar
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform the communications function to create organizational understanding – from project and technology awareness to project progress to stakeholder impact readiness.
- Experience and skills in developing brief video clips, newsletter content, website and intranet communications and monitor internal and external communications diligently.
- Computer proficiency in Office 365, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Video Meeting tools
- Note: role is hybrid/remote and role requires candidate to be able to work on site in Los Angeles for meetings and team building
