Responsibilities
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholder teams and the migration team to understand and assess impacts of upcoming data migration. • Change Planning: Collaborate with Program and Workstream leads to develop change plans. • Detail communications and enablement efforts for each stakeholder group and their associated personas. • Stakeholder Tracking: Track and organize stakeholder teams throughout migration and enablement efforts. • Content Development: Craft and develop communication and enablement materials using various delivery methods (e-learning, computer-based training, instructor-led training, job aids). • Apply effective learning needs analysis to tailor content. • Learning Methodologies: Demonstrate proficiency in learning methodologies to design effective training programs.
Requirements
• Change Leadership: Experience leading change efforts with various functional teams. • Comfortable facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders. • Strategic Planning: Experience developing change strategy, communication, and enablement plans for complex programs. • Technical Training: Experience leading training and enablement efforts for technical initiatives, preferably in the data engineering/infrastructure space. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to relate to all levels of the organization, building credibility, and collaborating cross-functionally. • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organization skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Communication Skills: Ability to break down and clearly convey technical concepts. • Skill in reading tones, understanding organizational culture, and integrating effective communication strategies. • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using Google Suite and Slack for communication and collaboration.
