Role: Change and Project Manager
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
At Goodstart, every change initiative has a direct connection to improving outcomes for children and strengthening the support we provide to families, centres and communities.
As a Strategic Change Manager, you'll lead and deliver change across a diverse portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives, including sector reform, enterprise system implementations, operational uplift programs and strategic transformation projects.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Change and Delivery, you'll partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure Goodstart's most critical and complex changes are effectively planned, delivered and embedded. With multiple programs underway, including regulatory reform and performance and capability initiatives, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and taking a practical, hands-on approach to change delivery. Whether your background is primarily in Change Management or you bring a blend of Change and Project Management experience, you'll be confident navigating complexity, adapting your approach to the challenge in front of you, driving adoption and helping teams successfully embrace new ways of working.
