We are looking for a Change Specialist to play a supporting role in guiding the organization through transitions related to our go-to-market processes and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. This position will be remotely based.
As the leaders of organizational change management, our Change Management Program Office (CMPO) promotes rapid and sustained change to enable our business strategies, drive organizational transformation, and accelerate growth.
The Change Specialist will ensure change initiatives are effectively communicated, and employees are well-prepared to adapt to new processes, systems, or behaviors. This position will also develop and execute communication plans, coordinate training programs, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful change adoption.
We are looking for a Change Specialist. This role is remote and can be located anywhere within the continental United States.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing communications to inform and engage stakeholders
- Coordinating training to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt the change
- Developing training materials and resources to support change initiatives
- Organizing and leading workshops and meetings to promote collaboration among stakeholders
- Engaging key stakeholders to gain their support and address their concerns
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven corporate experience in change management, communications, and training coordination.
- Ability to travel (less than 20%)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Empathetic, resourceful and collaborative team player that breaks down silos, promotes shared missions and encourages learning
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively convey information and build stakeholder relationships
- Basic project management skills for designing, delivering, and overseeing effective communications and training programs
- Ability to analyze data and assess the impact of changes, as well as identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt to changing circumstances, address challenges, and find effective solutions
- Experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI models to generate desired outputs, as well as evaluating outputs for accuracy and ethical compliance
You’ll benefit from:
- The pay range for this position is $73,500 $- $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
