POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Are you a sales professional with the agility to thrive in a fast changing environment and the creativity to enable a sales team to reach and surpass tough stretch goals? We are seeking a sales professional to sell our Restaurant solution portfolio with and through NCR VOYIX Channel Partners.
A qualified candidate is expected to be an entrepreneur that develops a plan to drive to a sales goal. This includes acting as a sales person to win competitive deals as well as acting like a channel development person to ensure resellers grow to cover your market.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
Support assigned channel partners relationships to ensure full market coverage

Maintain revenue and site forecasts and be accountable for funnel development

Serve as key interface in defining customer needs and NCR VOYIX's ability to meet those needs through solutions with aligned channel partners

Serve as the liaison between the customer and NCR VOYIX in regard to issues for current customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business or customer satisfaction through the channel partner

Present to end users and navigate sales process alongside channel partner

Responsible for partner training to ensure customer satisfaction and partner profits it’s essential that partners understand the supplier’s products and services so they are equipped to sell and service the addressable market.

Develop and maintain partner business plans and executive relationships

Navigate NCR VOYIX's corporate structure to solve problems for partners and end users by leveraging extended team to maximize success

Demonstrate ability to sell software and complex solutions. Position executes the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the partner funnel

Position requires strong prospecting skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in NCR VOYIX with and through the partner

Providing executive alignment with partner stakeholders around NCR VOYIX business strategies

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including accounting, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations and legal) to deliver a world class experience for the partner and customer

Holding the partners and the stakeholders accountable to agreed upon goals

Responsible for managing channel conflict when it arises to drive positive partner and customer experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Requires BS/BA in related discipline and 3+ years of channel sales experience in restaurant solutions or related field OR MS/MA and 2+ years of experience in related field. Will consider additional industry experience in lieu of degree.

Must have had 2+ years of direct sales experience

Must have had 3+ years of channel sales experience

Must have written business plan for technical solution sales within the channel

Experience and understanding of the restaurant market and related competition

Ability to manage the sales process and develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with the stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, HR, Support Services, Marketing and Professional Services

Ability to work in a matrix management environment.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Hospitality Technology Sales experience is a plus

Channel Partner Management Experience is a plus

Project management skills; Client and Business plan management proficiency
