Job Description - Channel Marketing Coordinator

Symetra offers a thrilling chance to become part of our team as a Channel Marketing Coordinator!\n\nAbout the role\n\nAs a supporting member of the Benefits division marketing team, the Channel Marketing Coordinator assists with distributing marketing collateral and campaigns. These efforts aim to raise awareness of Symetra products and services with distribution partners. The VP and channel marketing manager lead the key duties.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nMarketing support\n\n * Work with marketing team leadership to distribute campaigns for key Benefits division initiatives, including email, social media, video, web content, and webinars.\n * Maintain marketing assets to ensure items reflect current messaging, compliance requirements, and state approvals.\n * Guarantee that email distribution lists for both sales channels are accurate and complete, confirming contacts are suitably positioned in Salesforce or other list management platforms.\n * Provide overall support to the marketing team, as needed.\n\n\n\nSymetra Sales Team Marketing support\n\n * Partner with internal collaborators to ensure presentation content is current and approved for compliance.\n * Support presentation delivery, including working with sales representatives on content updates for key meetings.\n * Support Continuing Education (CE) programs, including helping sales representatives communicate upcoming courses and ensuring course presentations are accurate, up-to-date, and approved.\n * Assist in the development and execution of messaging and collateral to support new sales team members or focused regions to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.\n * Manage and build relationships with internal collaborators to ensure they receive the resources and support necessary to promote Symetra products and services to distribution partners and clients.\n * Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure the accuracy of any channel marketing-related content on internal sites and provide feedback on required updates.\n\n\n\nExhibitions and gatherings\n\n * Coordinate and complete successful trade shows and events for both sales channels. This involves managing booth assets, handling the reservations system, and preparing and shipping booth displays and collateral.
