Job Description - Channel Optimization Sales Development Representative

We love working together to win!\n\nThis Channel Optimization SDR role plays a key part in helping channel partners succeed. You\u2019ll support a set of partner\u2011led accounts, guide partners through sales processes, maintain clean CRM data, and keep deals moving by coordinating across internal teams. This is a hands\u2011on commercial role where strong communication, organization, and follow\u2011through make a big impact.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Deliver partner-facing, non\u2011technical enablement to improve partner effectiveness\n * Manage partner lead intake, routing, and quality checks\n * Validate and administer deal registrations and escalate conflicts when needed\n * Maintain accurate CRM opportunity and activity records to support pipeline visibility\n * Coordinate pricing, terms, supply, and contract approvals with cross-functional teams\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n * 2+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\n * High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process consistency\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n * Experience in technology or semiconductor sales environments\n * Experience supporting quote creation and pricing / terms approvals\n * Familiarity with the full sales cycle\n * Ability to quickly learn and communicate product concepts\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSales Development Representative 2\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
