Job Description - Chapel Administrative Assistant


Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida

Position: Full-time

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support, including technical writing, proofreading and technical editing of documents.
  • Coordinate activities with responsible individuals for other programs and events.
  • Serve as the primary social media manager.
  • Serve as the primary facility scheduler.
  • Operate as a customer service representative for the Chapel, answering phones and providing information and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience (two or more years preferred) as an administrative assistant.
  • Positive, self-directed, motivated, and able to interface well in an interfaith environment.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards of conduct and decorum.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently plan, organize, and manage diverse program requirements.
