C HAPTER LEADER PLAYER/COACH, CRM SOLUTIONS

The Role
This role will be a player/coach chapter leader for a new Salesforce implementation focused on servicing experience for healthcare products.\u00A0 As a Chapter Leader, you blend technical expertise with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates. In an agile structure you will collaborate with other leaders to establish the standards for your chapter, influence the strategic decisions and build solutions in your expertise. You will directly manage a team of chapter members (Salesforce engineers) who work in an agile squad, but report directly to you.\u00A0 You are dedicated to helping them grow and develop in their knowledge area and ensure alignment on the \u201Chow\u201D of the work they perform.\u00A0 As a player/coach, you will spend a percentage of your time as a squad member applying your Salesforce experience to help advance the work of the agile squad and deliver outcomes for the servicing team.\u00A0
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
5+ years of experience in product management and/or technology with strong agile, analytical and coaching skills.\u00A0
3+ years of delivery experience on Salesforce platform with a demonstrated progression of leadership skills.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with which you build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
You are a committed to developing others within your knowledge area to accelerate and achieve increased skill proficiency
You take a data-focused approach to decision making, in day-to-day leadership and strategic trade-off analyses
Experience identifying and acquiring talent needs, resource planning and talent allocation across large organizations
