Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charge Nurse at Boson Health located in Houston, TX. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, coordinating patient care, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Charge Nurse will also provide direct patient care when needed and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
